Drivers

Our Drivers are friendly, customer-service oriented individuals who offer a smile when
delivering our pizzas in a safe and timely manner. Our drivers are also cross-trained
to perform the duties of our in-store team members including: pizza making, order taking and more!

Pizza Maker

Our Pizza Makers create our delicious hand tossed pizza.s using the freshest ingredients.
We are looking for fun, outgoing individuals that enjoy being part of a team and take pride in their work.

Requirements
  • Prepare and cook to order pizza and a variety of other foods that require only a short preparation time.
  • May take orders from customers and serve patrons at the counters or tables
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment
  • Verify food meets quality and quantity expectations
  • Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers
  • Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions and preparation and cooking of food accordingly
  • Wash, Cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking
  • Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared
  • Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously
  • Clean, stock and restock workstations and display cases

Management

Our Managers are self-motivated, goal oriented, fun individuals with a strong ability to lead and motivate their crew.
The Manager handles the day-to-day organization of running the store and focuses on customer service, quality product,
leadership and staff development, employee morale and store security.

District Manager

Our District Managers are the operational leader of the stores in his or her area. DMs are expected to attract, train and
promote talented employees; spot and solve all operational and personnel issues and drive and grow the revenue of their
stores. They also serve as coordinator, retail supervisor, morale booster, liaison for RM and corporate office, and
overseer of company policies and procedures. The DM visits each store in the district weekly to check on all operational
aspects and help as needed. The DM also monitors competitors. programs and pricing to ensure we maintain our competitive
leadership in the marketplace
