Customer Service Representative

  Full or part-time

  Hourly compensation plus commissions

  Handles store operational tasks and sales goals as delegated by Store Management

  Provides exceptional customer service to all customers

Assistant Manager

  Full-time

  Manages store when Manager or Manager-In-Training is not on duty

  Acts as a prime Customer Service Representative in the store and lead by example for other CSRs

  Helps Manager see that all policies and procedures are followed

  Performs retail management functions

Manager-In-Training

  Full-time

  12-16 week training program in anticipation to Store Management promotion

  Acquires proficiency in all functions of the Store Manager

  Develops necessary leadership skills for store management

  Manages store when Manager is not on duty

  Acts as a prime Customer Service Representative in the store and leads by example for other CSRs

  Helps Manager see that all policies and procedures are followed

  Performs retail management functions

Store Manager

  Full-time

  Salaried position (30k and up) with potential monthly and quarterly performance bonuses

  Handles the day-to-day organization of running the store

  Establishes and maintains a fun, friendly store atmosphere for our customers

  Trains and evaluates employees on all aspects of their jobs and develops leadership skills in MITs and Assistant Managers

  Establishes and maintains an environment that fosters positive attitudes, a strong work ethic, and fair and firm handling of all situations

  Establishes and maintains positive employee morale by working hard, displaying excellent organization skills and problem solving abilities,
and treating all employees with respect

  Ensures accuracy and security in the handling of the stores cash and maintains inventory control

  Drives and increases in store revenue

  Schedules staff efficiently and fairly

  Ensures that all store operations are handled efficiently and consistently; with the minimum amount of staff necessary to accomplish daily tasks

  Instills in all employees a firm understanding of and belief in the company philosophies and why we run our stores the way we do
