IPay Help

What is iPay?

Through ADP, our payroll provider, we are able to offer you access to your pay statements and W2 earnings statements 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. This benefit will allow you to enjoy all the conveniences of viewing your current and historical statements on-line, in a completely secure and self-service environment. You can eliminate the paper processing of your payroll statements, gain easy access to your pay information, and ensure complete data privacy. You may even elect to have an automatic e-mail notification sent to you when your current earnings statement is available. Included in that e-mail notification is a direct link to the iPayStatements site making access very easy.

How do I register for iPay?

You need a recent pay statement. Using a recent pay statement, all the information you will need to register is in the upper left hand corner of your pay statement, complete the following:

  2. Click on "First Time Visitor? - Register Now" in the upper right grey section of your screen.
  3. Enter the Self Service Registration Pass Code and click the "Next" button (this is a case-sensitive code). Contact your Regional or District Manager if you don't know the Registration Pass Code.
  4. Select ADP iPayStatements as the self-service product and click the "Next" button. (Under select a service check pay statement/earnings statement.)
  5. Enter your company code: VFF for Regionals and VDU for all other employees
  6. Enter your file number (found on your pay statement which is also your payroll number)
  7. Enter the corresponding Voucher or Check Number without any leading zeros found on your pay statement.

Once completed, click "Submit" at the bottom of the page. Additionally, you will be assigned a new, system generated User ID (make sure to make a note of it). Once you have completed the registration process, you should "Bookmark" or "Add to your Favorites" the URL, http://ipay.adp.com.

You may elect to have an automatic email notification sent to you when your current earnings statement is available. Once logged in, select the "User Profile" option to turn the email setting on. Included in that email notification is a direct link to the iPayStatements site, making access very easy.

If you are having trouble with the site retrieving your information the site may be experiencing a high volume of people and you should try again later.
