Yes! The movie and game rental business remains strong. Since 2010, we successfully opened over 150 new stores and our results
confirm the video rental industry remains a preferred delivery method of entertainment content. Our brick and mortar rental stores provide
the selection and copy depth necessary to satisfy our customers who primarily rent new releases, but we also have the space to carry
thousands of other movies for under a dollar. Additionally, we carry new release games in PS3, XBOX 360, Wii, and Nintendo DS formats.
We pride ourselves on being the place to go where everyone in the family can find entertainment when they want it.

Family Video has many distinct differences from other rental chains. Family Video is a well-capitalized, privately held company that has been in
the movie and game rental business since 1978. We select convenient locations, provide rental terms at affordable prices and offer a unique
selection of movies and games in the communities we serve. Movie Gallery, Hollywood Video and Blockbuster were all highly leveraged, publically
traded companies with significant cost structures to support, held inferior locations within the communities they did business, and rented movies
and games at distinctly higher prices than Family Video.

Family Video is currently looking for additional opportunities within the 20 states and Canada where we currently operate. We still have areas of
growth in all states in which we are currently doing business. Filling the void left by our former competitors is our top priority while expanding into
states immediately adjacent to us. Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, North and South Dakota, Colorado, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia are in the
planning stages.

We own over 600 of the 740 real estate locations in which we do business. Our real estate ranges from a single tenant facility of 2500 square feet that
houses our video store operation to multi-tenant strip centers exceeding 30,000 square feet. Our real estate division leases space to over 400 local

We have over 7,000 talented employees from all over the Midwest and they have made the difference. We are not the typical company with layers of
hierarchy in place and department silos that prevent innovation and change. We challenge and empower a talented group of individuals to solve
problems and run the stores like they own them. Our Store Managers and District Managers have undergraduate and graduate degrees and work with
our Regional Managers on a monthly basis. All of our Regional Managers and most of our corporate staff all started by running a store.
