'Entourage' movie to begin filming next year

Just days after rumors surfaced of a potential "Bored to Death" movie, another popular HBO series appears headed to the big screen. Sources have confirmed that an "Entourage" movie is set to begin filming in January 2013, Hypable reports. Few details were revealed, but someone close to the production said series creator Doug Ellin is in the process of working on a script. The report seems to echo what executive producer Mark Wahlberg has been saying for the last few weeks and seems to confirm rumors that have been floating around since the series ended last fall. The film will likely return all of the actors from the series including Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and Jeremy Piven. Earlier this year, Wahlberg offered a few hints on what the story has in store. "I think a 90-minute movie of sheer craziness - the guys getting back to just being about the guys, you know?" he told GQ. "Lose the ladies. Go crazy. Give people what they want." Though the movie does not have a release date just yet, fans can relive the series through TV on DVD or check out similar shows including "Hung" and "Californication."
