'Sons of Anarchy' adds 'Lost' star Harold Perrineau

As the hit FX drama "Sons of Anarchy" gets ready for its fifth season, its producers have added a big name to the cast. "Lost" actor Harold Perrineau has been tapped to play an important role in the upcoming season, TVLine.com reports. Perrineau is in line to play the integral part of ex-drug kingpin Damon Pope, who serves a crucial role in the show but has yet to be on screen. He should be a big part of season five as his daughter was murdered by one of the show's central characters in season four. The development seems like part of the plan Kurt Sutter laid out last year. "I definitely wanted to lay some track for Season 5 and put some complications already on [main character] Jax's shoulder as he’s sitting at the head of the table," Sutter told the website. "He's already got a problem [going into Season 5]." "Sons of Anarchy" has continued FX's long tradition of popular drama series.
