Emma Watson signs on for latest Seth Rogen comedy

Emma Watson helped break free of "Harry Potter" when she co-starred in "My Week With Marilyn," and now she's trying out her comedy chops. Watson has been tapped for a cameo in the upcoming Seth Rogen comedy movie, "End of the World," according to The Hollywood Reporter. Watson is one of many big names attached to appear in the project. Along with Jason Segel, Rogen has enlisted the help of many frequent collaborators including Jonah Hill, James Franco Danny McBride and Craig Robinson. The comedy movie, originally titled "The Apocalypse," is an expanded version of a short film starring Rogen that featured him and a friend waiting out the end of the world in a basement, according to the publication. The movie has a release date of June 14, 2013. Though it's over a year until "End of the World" hits theaters, movie buffs can bide their time by watching some of Rogen's best work including the 2007 hit "Superbad" and the comedy-drama "50/50," which earned star Joseph Gordon-Levitt considerable critical praise.
