"30 Rock" made waves last season when it broadcast an episode live, and the popular NBC comedy is going to do it again. The show's star Alec Baldwin let the news slip during a recent appearance on Extra and according to TVLine.com, it's going to features some familiar faces.

Among those coming back for the innovative show will be Cheyenne Jackson, who has been appeared here and there on the show since 2009. Jackson, a Broadway veteran, plays Danny, a character on TGS, and says that despite the high-pressure atmosphere of live television, the show's two stars help lower the tension.

"Take your cues from Tina [Fey] and Alec [Baldwin], who are always cool cucumbers, and you're good to go," he told the website.

Last season, the episode was a considerable success. It aired in October 2010 and included two versions - one for the East Coast audiences and one for the West. This year's installment is set for an April 26 airdate.

Fans of "30 Rock" who want to bide their time until the live episode may want to check out similar series including "The Office" and "Parks and Recreation."
