Lindsay Lohan may play Elizabeth Taylor

Lindsay Lohan has had her fair share of legal troubles recently, but that has not stopped the 25-year-old actress from still turning heads in Hollywood. Lohan is reportedly in talks to play acting legend Elizabeth Taylor in the upcoming made-for-TV movie "Elizabeth & Richard: A Love Story," Deadline reports. The movie is expected to chronicle the relationship between Taylor and Richard Burton. The two were one of the most famous couples in Hollywood and their romance would certainly translate well to the small screen. According to the website, casting Lohan may be a good decision for producer Larry Thompson. Taylor and Lohan share a number of similarities ranging from achieving fame at a very young age to being brought up in a tumultuous family. Not only that, but Taylor was a tabloid fixture in her prime, with Lohan still regularly making headlines. The role would be one of the few that Lohan has had over the last several years. Aside from a small role in the 2010 movie "Machete," anybody looking for her best parts should watch "Mean Girls" or "Herbie: Fully Loaded."
