Comedy Central reveals 2012 details

Comedy Central is well-known for having some of the funniest programs on television and after it announced its upcoming schedule, that's not likely to change anytime soon. The channel has 19 new series hitting the airwaves in 2012 with some starring well-established comedians, Paste magazine reports. Among the most highly-anticipated series is "The Nick Show Kroll," starring the titular Nick Kroll. The comedian may be best known for his bit roles and character acting but he has also starred in the popular FX series "The League," for the past three seasons. Kroll certainly isn't the only comedian broadening his horizons either. Wyatt Cenac, best known for his role as a correspondent on "The Daily Show," is also working on an as-of-yet unnamed project. Those looking to tide themselves over until the new batch of 2012 shows comes out can check out some of Comedy Centrals best shows through TV on DVD.
