Captain Jack is back in 'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides'

Johnny Depp has gone around the world and them some as Captain Jack Sparrow in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise, and he was back at it again with the fourth film in the series "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides." The exciting new release DVD hits stores October 18. The movie finds Sparrow once again in a bind. He has been captured by the British authorities but instead of being punished, he is tasked with finding the storied Fountain of Youth before the Spanish explorers can get to it. However, Jack declines and decides to set out in search of the fountain himself. Eventually, Jack comes under the control of the Blackbeard (Ian McShane), who wants to find the fountain for himself. But he did not plan on encountering Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) who is seeking revenge after Blackbeard took his beloved Black Pearl. Outside of the "Pirates" franchise, Depp has an impressive filmography. Some of his best roles including his Oscar nominated turn in "Finding Neverland" and his unique take on Willy Wonka in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory."
