Kevin James keeps audiences laughing in 'Zookeeper'

From humble beginnings on the sit-com "King of Queens," Kevin James has morphed into a movie star in his own right. His latest offering to the comedy world was the hilarious romp "Zookeeper," which comes to DVD October 11. Griffin Keyes (James) is a zookeeper at the Franklin Park Zoo in Boston, and though he has been committed to the job for years, he starts to second guess his career in order to win back his ex-girlfriend Stephanie (Leslie Bibb). This does not sit well with the animals, including Joe the lion (voice of Sylvester Stallone) and Donald the monkey (Adam Sandler), who have grown attached to Griffin as their caretaker. They concoct a plan that will allow Griffin to stay on as the zookeeper while still getting Stephanie back. But, the plan ultimately fails, and the animals have to break their code of silence so they can talk to Griffin and convince him to say. Fans of James will certainly want to check out some of his other comedies including the Will Smith-led "Hitch" as well as "Paul Blart: Mall Cop."
