(We do not collect these names or emails!)There have been few franchises more successful in the last 10 years than "The Fast and the Furious." The series has spawned a quintet of films, and the most recent one, "Fast Five," brought back much of the original cast for one last automotive romp. The action-packed movie comes to DVD October 4.
Dom Torretto (Vin Diesel) appears to be on his way to prison, but his sister Mia (Jordanna Brewster) and former cop Brian (Paul Walker) devise a plan to bust him out before he gets there. The trio flee to Rio de Janiero, where they unknowingly steal a prized car from crime lord Hernan (Joaquim de Almedia), getting them caught up in a dangerous series of events.
While they are being pursued by Hernan, Brian and Dom are also being tracked by federal agent Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) who has to bring them back to the United States. The two worlds collide and Hobbs, Dom and Brian have to unite to fight a common enemy.
There have been no lack of action movies with great car chases over the years, and some of the best are "Gone in 60 Seconds" and "The Italian Job."
