Print this article Up until now, the next James Bond movie was known only as "Bond 23," but now the latest installment in the popular series has an official name. Blic Online reports that the movie is likely to be named "Carte Blanche," and will also include a first for the longstanding franchise.
Producers recently hired Serbian cellist Jelena Mihailovic to create the score for the movie, making her the first Serbia native to work on a James Bond movie. Mihailovic joins a number of other famous acts who have crafted music for the films including Paul McCartney, Madonna and Tina Turner.
"I am delighted to have been given the honor to meet those important people. I have had a chance to work with some established musicians like Gautier Capucon, Gary Hoffman, Christian-Pierre La Marca, Leonid Gorokhov, but now opportunities are opening up," Mihailovic told the news source.
Not much is known about the plot of the movie other than that Sam Mendes will direct and Daniel Craig will once again reprise his role as Bond. Anybody looking to check out some of the best films from the series should watch "Casino Royale," "The Man With the Golden Gun" and "Goldeneye."
