For fans of the hit CBS comedy "Two and a Half Men," the wait is finally over. A pair of sources close to the situation have told The Hollywood Reporter that Ashton Kutcher will replace embattled former star Charlie Sheen on the popular show.

Nothing is confirmed as of yet, but it appears as though the "That '70s Show" star is headed back to the small screen. The deal comes after rumors were swirling about the possibility of Hugh Grant replacing Sheen. Currently Sheen is in the middle of a very public campaign against the show's creators.

According to the news source, creators are in the middle of crafting a clever plot line that would work the more youthful Kutcher into the show, which has been on hiatus since the winter.

While the show is off the air, fans can certainly bide their time with TV on DVD, with other well-liked sitcoms such as the "Big Bang Theory" and "How I Met Your Mother."
