There aren't many stars bigger than Justin Bieber. The coiffed crooner had an immensely successful 2010 marked by sold out shows and hit songs, but what exactly makes him so popular? Fans get a behind-the-scenes look at what goes in to the spread of Bieber fever in the documentary "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never." The new release DVD hits shelves May 13.

The movie chronicles the 10 day run-up to Bieber's much anticipated concert at Madison Square Garden on August 31, 2010. The camera follows Bieber has he takes time to reconnect with old friends from his hometown, and also captures the drama of him damaging his voice and having to postpone a performance in Syracuse just days before his big show in the city.

The documentary also sheds light on how the 17-year-old singer got to where he is today, focusing on his close relationships with his mother and his grandfather.

The movie offers a glimpse to a sometimes mysterious world behind music's biggest stars, and follows in the footsteps of similar films such as "Spice World," and the concert movie "Gimme Shelter."
