Julia Roberts reportedly in talks for 'Snow White'

Is Julia Roberts planning on suiting up as another Disney character? Although the Oscar-winning actress played Tinkerbell in the 1991 gem "Hook," rumors are swirling that she's in talks to join "The Brothers Grimm: Snow White." Variety reports that the "Eat Pray Love" star is negotiating with Relativity Media to play the Evil Queen in the modern-day adaptation of the story. Bernie Goldmann, Brett Ratner and Ryan Kavanaugh are set to produce a script by Melisa Wallack. Relativity has been earning a good amount of buzz for producing the "The Fighter," which recently garnered seven Oscar nominations. Christian Bale and Melissa Leo, who starred in the drama, are reportedly shoo-ins to take home statuettes on Hollywood's biggest night. Whether or not producers of the film manage to entice Roberts to join the project remains to be seen, but it's likely they'll have some stiff competition when the movie hits theaters. Word on the street is that Kristen Stewart will likely lead "Snow White and the Huntsman," yet another reboot of the classic tale.
