Most moviegoers fell in love with Zach Galifianakis after watching his hilarious turn in "The Hangover," and since then the guy's acting gigs have been on a roll. The talented performer's skills are once again on display in "It's Kind of a Funny Story," a comedy-drama due for release on February 8.

The film centers on Craig (Keir Gilchrist), a 16-year-old consumed with thoughts of suicide. One day, he shocks his parents and decides to check himself into a local mental institution.

Once at the facility, Craig is moved to the adult ward and winds up meeting a number of interesting characters. It's there that he befriends the wacky Bobby (Galifianakis) and Noelle (Emma Roberts), a teenager who cuts herself.

Those who love Galifianakis' work may want to take in a screening of one of his other projects. The actor recently starred in "Due Date" and he also appears alongside Jason Schwartzman in the engrossing HBO series "Bored to Death."
