Angelina Jolie is at her best in 'Salt'

Angelina Jolie may be one of the most famous celebrities in the world at the moment, and after viewing "Salt," her latest thriller, it's easy to see why. The unforgettable espionage film is being released on DVD today. Jolie stars as Evelyn Salt, a CIA agent who is respected by her colleagues as well as her supervisor, Ted Winter (Liev Schreiber). One day, a Russian defector accuses the beauty of being a KGB sleeper spy. Now on the run, Salt must do what she can to prove her innocence, protect her husband and save her reputation. Although this is Jolie's most recent thriller, the actress has starred a number of action-packed movies before. In fact, she received rave reviews for her performance in the unforgettable gem "Wanted," and played the wife of a CIA agent in Robert De Niro's 2006 drama "The Good Shepherd." Jolie is currently working on a project that will mark her directorial debut, and recently lent her voice to "Kung Fu Panda 2," a sequel to the animated movie that is due in theaters next year.
