"Inception" is number one at the box office again

This one has to sting. The engrossing psychological thriller "Inception" seemed to resonate better with audiences this past weekend than the new Angelina Jolie thriller, "Salt," which came in second at the box office, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Christopher Nolan's action-packed mind game took in $43.5 in ticket sales, losing only 31 percent of its gross since last weekend. That brings the 10-day total for the intense fantasy film to more than $143 million. "Salt" debuted with an estimated $35.1 million, the news source reports. However, although it was ousted at the box office, it seems as though the movie's producer, Lorenzo di Bonaventura, is happy with the results. "This is certainly the first good indicator," he told the news source. "It's got to have this kind of success worldwide. If it does, we'll have a sequel." Nolan seems to have the magic touch when it comes to bringing in ticket sales. In fact, his last film, "The Dark Night," has grossed more than a billion dollars worldwide.
