Fans of music and comedy will adore "Pirate Radio," due to be released on DVD April 13. The film stars revered actors Philip Seymour Hoffman and Bill Nighy.

Set in England in 1966, "Pirate Radio" takes place when the BBC controlled all of the music played on the radio. It was during that era that only two hours of rock and roll were played on the airwaves each day.

In the film, Hoffman plays The Count, one of the offbeat radio DJs who venture out on the seas in order to legally broadcast pop and rock music to the British public. Soon The Count and his boss, Quentin (Nighy), become entangled in a number of romantic escapades.

January Jones makes an appearance in the film as Elenore, a love interest of one of the disc jockeys. Jones is best known for her portrayal of Betty Draper on the hit drama "Mad Men.""Pirate Radio" was directed by Richard Curtis, who also helmed the romantic comedy "Love Actually."ADNFCR-2673-ID-19711706-ADNFCR
