The "Final Fantasy" saga continues with the release of "Final Fantasy XIII." The thirteenth game in the series is available now for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 enthusiasts, who are sure to be thrilled with the adventure that's in store for them.

The twisted and complex story of "Final Fantasy XIII" may put the others released before it to shame. It begins on the planet Cocoon, where an epic battle is raging. Cocoon then prevails in the War of Transgressions, but their people must still deal with the planet Pulse.

The story follows the central protagonist, Lightning. Like most Final Fantasy games, her journey is about the conflict between fatalism and freedom of choice.

With such a gripping plot, "Final Fantasy XIII" is undoubtedly worth playing. However, it's the fast-paced and exquisite CGI combat that will really pull hardcore gamers in and keep them hooked.

"Final Fantasy" began on Nintendo in 1987, and moved to Playstation a decade later with "Final Fantasy VII."ADNFCR-2673-ID-19677927-ADNFCR
