Official "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" trailer released online

"The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" trailer has officially been released, giving fans of the series a quick glimpse at the third installment. At just over a minute and 30 seconds long, the sneak peek shows clips of scenes with Edward Cullen(Robert Pattinson), Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner). The story looks as though it closely follows Stephenie Meyers' novel of the same name. In this upcoming addition to the franchise, Bella must choose between her love for vampire soul mate Edward or her friendship with werewolf Jacob. Bella also has to decide if she wants to become an immortal vampire and remain with Edward forever. "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" is directed by David Slade, who is known for helming "Hard Candy" and "30 Days of Night." Fans yearning for information on the new film will be happy to know that Chris Weitz, who directed "New Moon," has read the script. He said it will not disappoint. "I'm looking forward to the sleeping bag scene, I gotta say," Weitz told DigitalSpy.com. "That's going to be very steamy." "Eclipse" is due in theaters June 30.
