Are you hoping that your favorite film wins big at the Oscars this coming Sunday? It may be wise to check out the odds before you place your bets.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Jeff Bridges is heavily favored to win an Oscar for his critically acclaimed performance in "Crazy Heart." The film stars Bridges as Bad Blake, a country singer who hits rock bottom before he begins to rebuild his life.

Bridges' odds of winning the coveted statue are so high that bookmakers are setting his odds at 6 to 1, the news source reports.

Jeremy Renner has accrued rave reviews for his portrayal of Sergeant William James in "The Hurt Locker," yet the odds of him making his way to the podium are 28 to 1, according to the news provider.

The safest bet in the Best Actor category, George Clooney may be the best option. The silver-haired icon's odds of winning the award are 13 to 1 for his role as Ryan Bingham in "Up in the Air."

Sandra Bullock, who starred in "The Blind Side," is expected to win in the Best Actress category.

Bullock is a surprise favorite, considering that Meryl Streep, who has garnered a staggering 16 nominations over the course of her career, is competing against her for her work in "Julie & Julia."ADNFCR-2673-ID-19652142-ADNFCR
