"Avatar" star Sam Worthington considers his next move

Sam Worthington went from being a relatively unknown Australian actor to being an international superstar overnight. "Avatar" is currently number one at the box office, and Worthington is carefully contemplating his next project. MTV.com has reported that the star will be spending the first portion of 2010 reshooting scenes for a "Clash of the Titans" remake in the UK. The role features plenty of action, but this time Worthington's skills won't be translated to CGI. After that, the site states that the actor is slated to star opposite Angelina Jolie in "The Tourist," a remake of a French movie in which an Interpol agent (Jolie) recruits a civilian (Worthington) to help solve a crime. Similarly, Cameron's most famous success, "Titanic," catapulted Leonardo DiCaprio to fame in 1997. Before starring in the blockbuster, DiCaprio had appeared in smaller roles in independent films like "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" and "This Boy's Life." After playing the ill-fated Jack Dawson, DiCaprio became a teen heartthrob who has gone on to star in films like "Gangs of New York" and "The Departed."
