(We do not collect these names or emails!)Fans of the popular television show "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" will be happy to know that gang spends the holidays together, too.
This installment of the FX series might not get you into the Christmas spirit, but it will definitely get you laughing.
The show, now in its fifth season, stars Kaitlin Olson and Glenn Howerton as sister and brother Dee and Dennis Reynolds. The siblings run Paddy's, a bar in Philadelphia, with their long-time friends, the manic Charlie Kelly (Charlie Day) and Mac (Rob McElhenney).
Of course, landlord (and father to Dee and Dennis) Frank Reynolds (Danny DeVito) presides over all of their escapades.
The show's holiday special "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: It's A Very Sunny Christmas," is an extended, uncensored episode of the edgy series. It reveals that for the owners of Paddy's, the holidays have always been steeped in immorality.
This year they decide to try to experience a real Christmas, but their good intentions quickly dissolve into an adventure involving stolen toys, elves, and a violent run-in with Santa Claus.
This episode is only available on DVD and isn't scheduled to be aired during the season. If you're a fan of other dead-pan comedies like "Arrested Development" or "30 Rock," you'll love "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."
