Maurice Sendak's children's book, "Where the Wild Things Are," has been brought to life by director Spike Jonze and writer Dave Eggers. The pair collaborated on the script and their work can be seen by audiences on October 16.

"Where the Wild Things Are" follows a misunderstood little boy with a big imagination. Max, played by Max Records, is sent to his room for misbehaving. His mother (Catherine Keener) thinks Max is alone upstairs. However, his vast imagination takes him to a fictional world where he meets the wild things. These furry and ferocious characters, voiced by actors like Chris Cooper and James Gandolfini, need a ruler and Max seems to be the perfect candidate for the job.

"Imagine That" is another great kids movie. In this case, the movie focuses on a young girl who also has a wide imagination. Evan Danielson (Eddie Murphy) learns how to resolve his business problems from experiences in his daughter's imaginary world. He also discovers that he must better balance his working life with spending quality time with his daughter, who takes refuge in the land she has created for herself. ADNFCR-2673-ID-19405314-ADNFCR
