Life for high school outcast Riley Jones (Shanley Caswell) is hard enough; her ex-best friend stole the guy she fell for, her foot's in a cast just as prom is about to hit, and there's a homicidal maniac targeting her classmates in her town of Grizzly Lake. Meanwhile, her puppy love skater crush, Clapton Davis (Josh Hutcherson), is dealing with an imminent brawl with the football star school bully when he's not trying to figure out why his new girlfriend, Ione (Spencer Locke), is so obsessed with the '90s.
