This Barbie tale features Barbie herself in the role of Merliah, a fashionable surfing champion who also happens to be an enchanted mermaid princess. When Eris, an evil mermaid, escapes from her whirlpool with the intention to usurp the throne, Merliah and her sea pals race to save the day.
