Expanded Description The PS3's motion-controlled PlayStation Move Heroes stars characters from three of Sony's most prominent PS2 series: Jak and Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, and Sly Cooper. It is an adventuresome collection of more than 50 3D platform levels, which players may complete as any of the featured main characters. A second player can drop into the action for cooperative play at any time, taking the role of the sidekick of the chosen main character: pugnacious, otter-like Daxter joins Jak, mild-mannered android Clank joins Ratchet, and brainy turtle Bentley rolls in to assist stealthy Sly Cooper.
The game's motion control is at the forefront in combat, as players wield the PlayStation Move wand to swing melee weapons, crack whips, fling discs, and to aim and fire a variety of destructive and special-use projectiles. The story begins as all six heroes are plucked from their own worlds and pulled through time and space. Strange alien sports fans have gathered them to compete in a series of platform-combat survival challenges, to decide who is the universe's greatest adventurer. Themed levels are inspired by sequences from each of the three featured game series, with additional courses set in the homeworld of the alien captors.
