Expanded Description
Following the Wii's original collection of midway mini-games, New Carnival Games presents an assortment of more than 30 additional motion-controlled challenges, created with MotionPlus controller compatibility and multiplayer action in mind. Wii gamers of all walks can have a go at "Bottle Stand-Up," "Fish Bowl Bounce," "Gold Rush Alley," "Gone Fishin'," "Lucky Toss," "Pitch-A-Plate," and other activities, all inspired by carnival-style contests of luck and skill. Success in the game is rewarded with prizes, including accessories that players' in-game characters can wear, such as a walrus mask or dragonfly wings. Each game is controlled with intuitive motions that mimic the onscreen activity. Players with the MotionPlus controller accessory can access more accurate motion control. Multiplayer modes offer opportunity for cooperative and competitive play in each game, for up to four. Published under the family-friendly 2K Play label, the 2010 sequel was created by Cat Daddy Games, developer of the original Carnival Games for Wii and DS.
