William "Wild Bill" Elliott stars as beloved comic strip cowboy Red Ryder in this special double feature. In "Sheriff of Redwood Valley," Ryder is installed as a makeshift sheriff after a plot to frame a recently released (and, perhaps, wrongly convicted) criminal starts to unravel. Meanwhile, "Marshal of Reno" sees Red going undercover to foil some criminals who are attempting to fix who will hold the coveted "county seat."
