Nothing is quite as it seems and slight occurrences can have vast ramifications in the bizarre life of Watanuki, a high school student plagued with visions of spirits and horrible creatures that no one else can see. When Yuko, a beautiful witch, promises to grant Watanuki's wish to be cured of these monsters if he will perform chores around her home, Watanuki takes the offer. Still, there is much under the surface of this already-strange scenario as it carries into a third collection of episodes.
