Sony's party-centric Buzz! Junior series continues with Jungle Party. Designed for family friendly competition, Jungle Party supports the Buzz! Buzzers for simplified, button-based controls. After selecting a monkey contestant, players compete for the coveted title of "King of the Jungle," bestowed upon the pastel-colored primate with the most points at the end of a custom tournament. One recurring activity is a variant on hot potato, where players earn points by holding onto an object for as long as possible. The goal is simply to avoid being the last monkey with the item once time expires. Other mini-games involve tossing coconuts, smashing totem poles, launching rockets, and more. High scores for each contest are also tracked and saved to memory card. Four tournament lengths (short, medium, long, and marathon) allow players to adjust the number of mini-games from five to 25.
