Moving from the beaches of sunny California's to landlocked Colorado, surfer kid Robbie Zirpolla still manages to hit the waves when he get a job at the town's local water park. There, he meets the locals, including the park owner's sexy daughter, a cute lifeguard, and, of course, "Pipeman" (Alan Thicke, GROWING PAINS).
