Fulfilling her grandmother's final request, Karin (Gina Philips, JEEPERS CREEPERS) drives out to the old family estate in order to clear out the property; her boyfriend, Jeff (Randall Batinkoff) accompanies her. Upon arrival, the pair meet the mysterious Pierce (Tom Sizemore, BLACK HAWK DOWN), who tends the horses, and who is somehow involved in the dark secrets the house teems with, refusing to die without taking its inhabitants with them.
