A bunch of drivers must attend traffic school because they are too hapless to be behind the wheel. Unfortunately, the nefarious owner of the academy wants the students to fail so that he can confiscate their cars. Will the bumbling motorists make the grade? Director Neal Israel (BACHELOR PARTY) smartly casts Bill Murray's brother, John, and Sally Kellerman in this hilarious film that fans of the proudly low-budget comedy will surely appreciate.
