Description
Australian comedy centers on Sydney hardware store owner Billy Apples, who feel his life is stalling out and finds solace playing the chanteuse for his local jazz band. Freshly divorced, he is also dealing with the blame and anger leveled at him by his teenage daughter. His life is changed, however, when he witnesses a freak astrological occurrence and is suddenly able to croon in a voice strikingly similar to that of legendary singer Billie Holiday.
