At a hospital, the blood sample of Marty, the father four year-old girl with a head injury, is taken and used covertly in a US Military experiment. It is used to create Alfie, a fearless warrior/solder with no moral judgement. Alfie has a telepathic connection with Marty and will stop at nothing to find him.
