1) Description of Contest: The 2010 Family Video "Win Your Wish List Contest" is sponsored by FamilyVideo.com, 2500 Lehigh Avenue, Glenview, IL, 60026. Sponsor will award ten (10) prizes.

2) Promotional Period: The "Win Your Wish List Contest" promotional ends Monday, December 6th, 2010 at 11:59:59 pm Central Time ('CST'). Only customers with items in their Wish List at this time are eligible to be awarded a prize.

3) How to Enter: Just browse the FamilyVideo.com site and add items to your Wish List using the 'Add to Wish List' button on each product page. If you do not have a Family Video account, you will be invited to create an account in order to build a Wish List. Family Video reserves the right to keep only the email addresses of persons registering for use in future promotions. By adding items to your Wish List, you are automatically entered into the prize drawing. In the unlikely event Family Video encounters technical failures, equipment failures, server and/or provider difficulties, or human errors in conjunction with the "Win Your Wish List Contest," Family Video will not be held responsible.

4) Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. The contest is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age, or with a parent's or legal guardian's permission. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible to win, all entries must be received by Family Video in the format stated in Step 3 above and during the time period stated in Step 2 above. By submitting an entry to the contest, entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Family Video, which are both final and binding.

5) Prizes and Descriptions: Ten (10) Prizes will be awarded to ten (10) eligible winners. Each winner will receive the items on their Wish List up to the value of $100. If a Wish List contains items totaling more than $100, the winner will be contacted to determine which items they would like to be included as their prize.

6) Awarding of All Contest Prizes: Winners will be chosen from a random drawing the first week of December. Failure to comply with Official Terms and Conditions, failure to complete and return required documents within fifteen (15) days of attempted delivery will result in awarding the prize to an alternate eligible winner. Failure of alternate eligible winner to comply with these conditions will result in a forfeit of prize and no additional eligible alternate winner shall be chosen. All eligible winners are responsible for taxes where applicable. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Family Video employees, managers, representatives, and all other affiliates with Family Video have no liability for, and shall hold all included parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that my arise, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance or use of prizes and/or participation in the Contest. Offer is void where prohibited.

7) The Winner's List: To see a list of winners of the contest, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Family Video Corporate Headquarters, "Family Video Win Your Wish List Contest", 2500 Lehigh Avenue, Glenview, IL, 60026.
