Full-time employees are eligible to participate in our group medical, dental, life and other insurance
plans after 3 months of full time employment.
Paid Days Off
Full-time employees receive 6 paid holidays a year:
* New Year's Day * Memorial Day * Fourth of July * Labor Day * Thanksgiving * Christmas Day
Full-time employees are entitled to the following paid days off in addition to the above holidays based on their number of years with the company:
* Less than 1 year = 3 or 6 days, depending on full-time start date * 1 year = 6 days * 2 years = 13 days * 5 years = 18 days * 10 years = 20 days * 15 years = 23 days
Any employee that works 1,000 hours in a year and is 21 years of age prior to the open enrollment date is eligible to participate in our
401k Retirement Plan.
New Release movies may be rented by any employee for free before they are released to the public.
All hourly employees rent all items for half the standard rate.
Management personnel may rent movies for free, games for half the standard rate.
Monthly and quarterly bonuses for Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers based on the revenue and profitability of individual
stores and the company as a whole.
Family and Medical Leave
Eligible employees may take up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave during any 12 month period.
An eligible employee may take leave for the following reasons:
* The birth of a child or placement of a child for adoption or foster care * To care for a family member with a serious health condition * To care for a member of the Armed Forces * The employee's inability to perform the functions of his/her position because of a serious health condition
